so… I watched Food Inc. last night… Seriously thought I was going to have nightmares!! Lots of thoughts rumbling around in my head last night & this morning… trying to get them sorted out & get something coherent written. However, I am still a little disheartened & pretty pissed off about the whole state of things!! Not that I didn’t know the basic sitch, but just seeing the vastness of the problem laid out like that was pretty overwhelming…
